Went to a luncheon on Monday where the guest speaker was Frank Clegg, President of Microsoft Canada. I was invited to sit at the head table ( it was aired ahhH! Rogers... good ol cable television) He speach was insightful and completely reafirmed that the youth of this nation is what will drive it to it's fullest potential. It is all about Canada/Canadian Buisness taking it's just stand on technology. Buisness's shouldn't fear IT or the economical slump, because as it stands, Canada is has the potential to become the front runner in emerging from the slump, with of course the young inovative people leading the way. We've but scratched the surface of IT, now to bring the empowering technology to the masses.

Unfortunately, i didn't get a chance to converse with him all too much. But what i did get, was a moment of his time, to thank him for is speach and exchange cards. BUT! I did get the President of Vision TV to become a mentor in our new Mentorship program. How exciting! Not to mention his connections. He was seated beside me.
